[PRODUCT REQUEST] super visible pores/follicles on arms and legs

\[M20\] for some reason I don't know why I have these dots all over my forearms, hands, lower legs and feet. I think they're either pores or follicles that are visible under the skin? I don't know if this would classify as "strawberry skin" but does anyone know how to alleviate this? I'm very insecure about it
