Have any other women experienced this before?????

Hi so I’m 21F and got my period this morning I got up straight away and went to the bathroom and as I was sitting on the toilet I began feeling VERY nauseous and my whole body felt cold and then felt hot and it was almost like my brain was fuzzy and skin was tingling. I managed to wipe myself and when I got up I was stumbling and whacked my face into the door and then fell on the floor and I was just laying there for a few minutes because my cramps were so so bad at this point. This has happened to me once before but it was a few years back. Later on I went downstairs and I had a cold glass of milk and some painkillers and I layed down in bed for a bit and I eventually settled. It was so horrible. I don’t understand why that happened.
