What do you guys think of my eye bags?

I hope the photo shows it adequately. I feel like they’ve gone deeper and puffier. Every time I look in the mirror I look tired and sad and lack sleep. But I’m not tired as I don’t have work atm and I sleep 8 hours and at appropriate times most of the time. What can help? I’m 35 btw.
