Does the hunger go away or do I need to go back up

So I’ve been very successful for a few years on 10mg every 12 days. I just hated the two day nausea I wouod have but it worked for me. I don’t know what prompted the decision maybe fear of the drug but I wanted to try going down to 7.5. I’m now taking that every 7 days but the food noise and stomach growling and pangs are horrific for a week now I can’t eat or breathe or sleep without atill being hungry. My libido is gone too. Shoukd I go back to what I was doing? My doctor said it would get better inna few weeks but I don’t think I can wait that long. Idj why I have a fear of this medicine long term. Im not trying to lose weight anymore just maintain. Started 200 at 126 now 5’2 female. Will the hunger get better aoon or is going back to 10 my best option?
