Weight loss journey

I was looking at my all time weight loss journey and it encouraged me. Lots of ups and downs but everything until now was done without any meds or help and I have kept off a big chunk of weight since 2011 after a life long struggle. Hopeful zep can help me in this perimenopauseal state and that I can keep the rest of it off. 😊
