I feel like this attempt at losing weight may be the final one

Post Content

I’ve been fighting weight gain since I was a teen. At uni (2022) I was unfortunately 120kg and today I weighed myself at 96.45kg and it made me hope to finally see the finish line. My overall goal is 80kg as that’s what is considered the max healthy weight for my height (180cm) I’m going to the gym 1-2 times a week, I eat somewhat clean with few treats every now and then and I eat at a healthy deficit majority of the time and if I go over I make sure that it is at least burned with the calories I walked at work. I’m getting married in a little over a year and my goal is to be 90kg minimum when I’ll be looking at my wedding suit. So many things lin life made my journey difficult from exams, death in the family or job hunting but now things are looking better and my mental health seems to be improving. Hopefully one day I’ll be here talking about me reaching my goal.
