No side effects until 12.5?

I took my first 12.5 shot this morning (I’ve been on Zepbound since June 2025) and I started feeling a bit nauseous this evening for the first time. I’ve never had any side effects, but at the same time I’ve never experienced a lack of appetite either. Zepbound has made dieting much easier for me, but I’ve still had to actively track my calories to maintain an adequate deficit and continue to lose weight. Does this mean I’ve finally reached the right dosage? I’m really hoping things get a little more effortless if this is the case. Has anyone else seen that kind of increase in efficacy at the higher doses? Thanks!
