Spironolactone and metformin

Hi guys I need some support. I have PCOS and recently diagnosed with POTS. My OBGYN wants to start me on Slynd, metformin, and Spironolactone. I’m super nervous to start all of these but super hopeful to have some relief from my symptoms and hopefully some more energy:( any good stories about these meds?
