Managing pain at home

Post Content

Hi, long term lurker, first time commenter. I had an awful flare up last week that was my own fault but managed to resolve it with with some omeprazole and watching my diet. Unfortunately my period started not long after & bad cramps led me to taking Ibuprofen, which can also be a trigger. I’ve now been feeling the ‘hunger pangs’, deep gnawing, hollow sensation and worst still it’s radiating all over my back. Lower & upper, sides, front to back. Does anyone have any tips on pain relief that doesn’t require an ibuprofen style drug? I’m desperate having struggled all day yesterday (it’s now past midnight), and looking at zero sleep tonight. Any tips on managing this discomfort for now? Thank you!
