I’m so tired of trying to figure out which birth control pills that is best for hair!!!!

I’m so f*cking tired. I have heard that this pill is supposed to be good but now I read that it lower estrogen, and I want high estrogen for the hair. I hate this shit!!!!! I was on etinylestradiol/levonorgestrel before and had so thick and long hair and then I stopped and my hair loss started and it’s been a nightmare since than, 4,5 years ago
