Hrt headaches even after stopping

I was on estradiol and progesterone for 2 weeks out of my cycle, but the headaches made me have to come off. I only managed 2 months. It's been 4 weeks since I stopped estradiol and 3 weeks since stopping the progesterone and im still getting tension headaches almost daily. Has anyone experienced this? Wish id never touched HRT it's ruined my life. I rarely had headaches before this
