Should I pause retinol if my skin is dehydrated?
Post Content
My forehead especially is very dehydrated to the point where I've got fine lines which I'm sure are just dehydration lines. They appeared suddenly and right when I also noticed that my forehead was dehydrated. The rest of my skin is also a little bit dull looking, but probably not as dehydrated as my forehead. I was wondering if retinol could be the culprit (I use a 0,2% granactive retinol though which is pretty mild) and if I might benefit from taking a break. And if so, how long? If it's not likely that a break from retinol would help I'd rather not do it though because I want the anti-aging benefits of it.
