Migraine nausea

I was wondering if I’m the only one that experiences what i like to call migraine nausea. It feels like my whole body is constricted and nauseous and like there is a pit in my stomach but i never actually throw up. I know it’s part of my migraines because it always happens with or right before a migraine and migraine meds usually help but it’s awful.
