I’m aware I have gallstones and totally was prepared for that I’m freaked out about the lesion though. Impression: 1. Indeterminant right hepatic lesion. Recommend nonemergent MRI liver with and without contrast. 2. Cholelithiasis without evidence of biliary ductal obstruction or acute cholecystitis by ultrasound. Correlate clinically. Indication: R10.11-Right upper quadrant pain. Comparison: 8/28/2021. Technique: Right upper quadrant transabdominal ultrasound. Discussion: Pancreas mostly obscured degrading evaluation. Aorta and IVC normal caliber as visualized. Liver upper limits normal size with generally smooth contour. There is a heterogeneous mixed echogenicity lesion posterior right hepatic lobe measuring 3.3 x 3.1 x 2.9 cm, indeterminate by ultrasound. Common bile duct diameter normal at 3 mm. Hepatopetal flow main portal vein. Moderate cholelithiasis without evident pericholecystic fluid or sonographic Murphy's sign. Gallbladder wall thickness of 2 mm. Right kidney 10.2 x 4.1 x 4.8 cm. No focal right renal lesion or hydronephrosis. No free fluid
