Should I be upfront with manager that I am experiencing with burnout

Post Content

Hi, I got caught smoking inside intentionally, doing minimal work and they told my manager. I am going through burnout and hit rock bottom with everything in my life so i stop giving a shit about work performance. I’ve burned all bridges I think so if I get recalled to their office, should I just be straight forward with them and let them decide whether if they’ll fire me? 7th year in the job and quitting is in mind all the time. Once my supervisor insisted and promised to make things “easier” (only because I work like a robot for him). I’m the only “odd” one that rarely talks and eats alone outside as a way to avoid talking to normal people in a highly sociable work environment.
