What did you do for relief while battling pneumonia?

I am a 22-year-old female who has had a recurrent cough since October 2025. I was recently diagnosed with pneumonia and have been taking the prescribed antibiotics for two days. My biggest concern right now is the severe pain on the right side of my chest. The pain becomes intense whenever I lie down, making it impossible for me to sleep. I start coughing severely and uncontrollably until I sit or stand back up. In addition, my urinary incontinence when coughing has worsened. I am now wetting the bed even while just sitting. I have to wear a diaper, but it becomes full within an hour. What did you do for relief while battling pneumonia?
