Protein skeptic no longer!

Post Content

Hi all-I started semaglutide last June, I’m down 27 pounds (my dosing has been slow as has my weight loss). I row 5-6 days a week, for at least 30 minutes and was so incredibly hungry I felt like the meds weren’t working. There is so much protein propaganda that I was a skeptic and definitely not coming close to an ideal intake. Thanks to this board I upped my protein last week and have felt so much more full and just better in general. So, for anyone on the fence about protein I would encourage you to do what you can to increase your intake and see how you feel. Continued good luck and wishes to all of you!
