Sternum impact - any cause for concern?

44m, white, 5'10", 150lbs. No smoking, on metoprolol for palpations. An hour ago I ws walking around my bedroom in the dark and accidentally smacked myself pretty hard into a wall corner (i.e. a sharp vertical line between 2 perpindicular planes of the wall). I'm anxious maybe it could have screwed up my heart rhythm. My symptoms are mostly a mild general ache in the sternum and upper abdomen and a mild tightness with breathing motion. I checked my vitals with a pulse ox and it seems fine -- no major symptoms an hour after impact means I'm in the clear? Thanks for your insights.
