Coming off of Buspar

Has anyone gotten off of Buspar / how did you wean off of it? I take 7.5 mg twice a day and now i’ve cut down to 3.5 mg twice a day as I am trying to get off of it but ever since i have cut down, i’ve been getting constant headaches/migraines EVERYDAY, it is miserable and has been this way for about two weeks now. Any suggestions?
