I sometimes get an intense need to apply pressure to a limb and I have no idea what this could be

Teen afab Sorry if this doesn't fit in the sub I've had this my entire life and since it doesn't happen super often I never really brought it up to parents. It can happen as often as every week or longer like once a month or 2. As said in the title I get a weird pain (that I don't rlly know how to describe, I guess it's kind of achy?) and the only thing that stops it is applying lots of pressure to that point. It's almost always in my joints (mostly ankles or wrists). I usually just get some sort of tie and wrap it tightly around the pain and this usually clears it up or makes it go quicker once I take it off. I understand that this isn't a great idea and I can't leave the tie on for long or obviously I'll cut off my blood circulation. I assume this is a blood pressure issue especially since I have another condition (vasovagal presyncope) which is linked to blood pressure, however my symptoms of neither issue affect eachother (like, my dizziness doesn't get set off due to the pressure) If anyone has an idea what this could be or if they have anything similar please let me know :/ (I'm trying to get a GP appointment atm but I'm pretty busy atm, I'm not asking for a diagnosis just other similar conditions people may have)
