IBS is wearing my body down

Post Content

I’ve had IBS for most of my adult life. The past year, though it’s really taking a toll on me. I feel exhausted and worn out, I am sore at different places. I have to use the restroom multiple times a day, then the soreness goes away. I’m still worn out from having to go to the restroom so much. I don’t know how I’m ever going to have a normal job when it takes me two hours to get ready. I know I need to change my diet some, and that’s on me. It’s just really frustrating dealing with it, because it’s really affecting my whole life. I don’t have insurance or money to go see a specialist. I’m really poor. Any suggestions on how to make it easier I don’t need to get too personal, but when I use the restroom, it’s normal. It’s just that I have to go a lot. I don’t know how more goes out of my body, then goes in it.
