Any ADHD tea drinkers in the chat?

I'm looking to get some thoughts on ADHD folks who use tea or other herbal remedies to help regulate, stimulate and cope with their symptoms in a healthier way. Why do you drink tea? What kind of tea do you drink? What are your favorite tea mixes? I'll go first. Herbal teas have been a godsend for me ever since I began drinking them two years back. They've helped me quit alcohol, get better sleep and ease anxiety in multiple ways. It's also just very fun to experiment creating tea mixes with multiple herbs for added benefits. Some herbs even help the ADHD brain function better, though this should not be confused with using medication when needed. I use tea to help regulate my mood on a daily basis because of how easy it is to change the herbs depending on how I'm feeling. Here are some herbs that I can't live without and plus some insight to some of their properties: 1. Damiana - Dopaminergic, instantly boosts mood while also relaxing. I use it both to unwind and as a pick me up, but also I've noticed that it helps with social anxiety as well. It's my go to herb, I use it almost daily. Has a slight earthy taste, I enjoy it best with a sweeter tasting herb or honey to complement it. 2. Chamomile - Very sweet and relaxing herb. It makes my body feel warmer and lighter. I put it into almost any tea I make because of how versatile it is. It's a great nighttime tea but honestly I use it whenever I feel like I need to take the edge off. 3. Lemon Balm - AKA anxiety killer. Personally has given me a lot of relief from my anxious brain. It has also helped me lessen intrusive thoughts. Another go to herb that I drink almost daily. Aside from these top 3, some other herbs I'll mention that I like are as follows: lavender, yerba mate, holy basil, wild dagga, peppermint, mullein, and passionflower. There are so many herbs I'd love to try as well 🍵🌿 Edit: Spelling / Grammar
