That last bite issue

Post Content

I’m down 140lbs (300ish now at 149 as of yesterday) originally started on wegovy and swapped to zep and im now going back to wegovy next month due to insurance changes, after 2 years on these meds I thought I would get past the trying to take one more bite… then my brain literally not being able to swallow it and I have to spit out the food. Does anyone else have this issue on these meds. I know the issue was worse on wegovy then with zep but its never went away for me. I also struggle to get enough calories in daily so It’s been probably my biggest issue during the process. Not sure if anyone else literally has to spit out a bite of food because I literally cannot swallow the bite 😭😭
