I couldn’t get the anaesthetic for my fillings…

I posted a few weeks ago (and last week) about my anxiety about fillings. I went to get them done today and he managed to do one without anaesthetic. The dentist said the rest will either need to be done by a dentist that can do them under general anaesthetic, or can give a sedative before hand so I don’t care or to go back to them and they can do them under local. I have to get three more and I’ve been crying since I came home, I’m just so overwhelmed, at times my whole body was shaking during the appointment. I don’t know what to do, I don’t want to leave it too long so that I have to get root canals or something like that. I saw the size of the needle they use for the anaesthetic and I immediately said nope and they didn’t offer to numb my mouth before.
