What would you do in my shoes?

Post Content

I'm approaching my one-year Zepiversary next month (woohoo!) and I'm trying to figure out how to wrap up the weight loss phase of this journey so I can move into maintenance. I've been on 5 since the second month and have had great luck, losing 65 pounds so far. However, I've hit a big stall 15 pounds before my goal weight. I've been at the exact same weight for two months now, and I'm having trouble breaking out of it. I'm also noticing that I'm thinking about food a lot more than I used to. What would you do in my situation? Should I assume that this weight is just where my body wants to settle? Or would you go up to 7.5 for a bit to try and push past this final stall? I had pretty extreme nausea and fatigue for a couple of months after moving up to 5 from 2.5, but thankfully I haven't had any side effects after that. I am a little nervous that the nausea could be debilitating on 7.5.
