Need help with acnee

I’ve been struggling with acne for over a year and feel like I’ve tried everything, including Tetralysal. I’m currently on Accutane (low dose, 2x per week) and maintain a healthy lifestyle.I eat clean, play volleyball/gym, and change my sheets regularly. My current routine: AM is Cetaphil Oily Skin Cleanser, Effaclar Duo, Roséliane cream, and SPF. PM is the same cleanser and cream, but I rotate actives every night: Night 1 is Epiduo, Night 2 is Azelaic Acid, and Night 3 is Retinol. I’m still not seeing the results I want and I'm starting to wonder if rotating three different actives while on Accutane is actually damaging my skin barrier instead of helping it. Has anyone had success simplifying their routine while on low-dose Accutane?
