ED medication experiences

I'm 48 y.o. and will be 49 in a few months, and I recently started dating someone. Presumably between my age and the medications I'm taking (fluoxetine, losartan, and hydrochlorothiazide) I'm having problems getting and maintaining erections. That experience is getting in my head a little bit, so I suspect my issue is partly physiological and partly mental. There are a lot of products out there for this, including hims, ro, blue chew, Rugiet, etc. What products have you tried? What has worked, and what hasn't? Is it better to start this conversation with my physician?
