How to stop thinking about a part of your body everyone says is feminine but you dont see as such?

I hate hate hate my shoulders and ribcage, but a lot of people complimented It as androgynmous or feminine, and really cant see It i dont know How and what to do to see that and have closure. I been thinking about my body non stop for weeks now and its driving me insane
