5 to 7.5 upset stomach question

Last week I went up from 5 to 7.5. The whole week every morning I’ve been in the bathroom with an upset stomach. This happened to me for a couple days when I started on 2.5 but then I was fine for a few months. It also happened for one or two days when I went up to 5 for a few months. It seems like at 7.5 I’ve been like this all week. I eat healthy and my diet hasn’t really changed since going up to 7.5. If anyone else had this side effect at this dose how long did it last for you?
