Just a question/advice

Hi all I've literally just looked in the mirror and spotted a long chin hair and I literally have no clue on how long its been there is also have upper lip hair im unsure if its fuzz or not put i can see it pretty well and on my chin area to im 17, 18 in March I also have excessive hair around my belly button and around that area and its been growing more and more for years now I've also always had problems with my weight as soon as I hit puberty and have never been able to shed anything off and I'm a active person to I have no clue if this means anything and i also have heavy periods like almost to the point i have to change every hour at night or wear two of the bed pads but I've only just realised and I've always had problems with my self image I've always felt I'm ugly and fat but this realisation has actually scared me now sorry if any of this is gross or weird to thank you! Also sorry about grammar/spelling im slightly special lol thank you again<3
