Just took CNS Vital sign test

The office called me back and said it was invalid. What does that mean? My psychiatrist is using this to decide whether I get medication, and I really need this. I’m retaking on Monday. Do they think I threw the test? I did not at all. I tried my best. Please help! I’m so scared
