Tapping out on cannabis

I have eds and I have been using weed for about a decade to control my chronic pain however lately im starting to have bad reactions an increase in anxiety head buzzing ( think electrical zapping noises ) and insomnia so I have decided to stop smoking because im not getting much benefit anymore vons outway the pros. But im not sure what to do about pain I've done it all I cannot take ibs for too long tylenol does nothing for me I can see about the opioid route again but that had its own problems with building tolerance. Is there anything out there im missing that can help mamage pain. I just feel backed into a corner like nothing works anymore but the pain is too much to do nothing.
