Progesterone intolerance

Post Content

My hormones are kicking my butt at the moment. 4 weeks ago I started on estrogen and felt really good not many issues. Started the progesterone 200mg oral for 4 days and felt really bad so put the capsules in vaginally (still felt anxious and awful but wasn't as bad as orally). Stopped the progesterone 3 days ago and today I feel absolutely awful. I woke up feeling sick, anxious, really hot, my skin feels like it's prickling in my arms and legs and I'm tired 😩. My hormones are clearly getting ready for my period cause I normally feel shit before that happens but this is even worse. This kinda confirmed progesterone intolerance but how did you ladies get past this? Does it get better? I'm worried it's not and I won't be able to continue on HRT when estrogen normally makes me feel great.
