I have wrinkly old-looking hands

Hi! I have eczema and I just wonder if any of you also have old-looking wrinkly hands. I am just 26 years old but my hands look way older because of the wrinkles. I would like to ask if it really is just because of eczema or does it have something to do with genes? Will hand creams even make these wrinkles go away? I always apply lotion to my hands but I personally feel like it just makes it softer but not really make the wrinkles go away.
