it’s easy to blame stress. Busy season. Hormones. Not sleeping enough. New workout. New diet. “It’ll calm down.” But typically there is a turning point in your hair journey that you say WHOAA, my ponytail is thinner, the sink has to much of me in it. Or maybe you started wearing a hat more because you noticed that the light shows thinning on your scalp. And So when you noticed what did you think first was you cause? Hormones. Iron levels. Thyroid. Androgen sensitivity. Nutrition. Medications. Even recent infections.
