20 days post FUT hair transplant - a few questions

Am I being overly cautious here? At the moment I am still \* not using the shower head on my hair when washing it \*not wearing baseball cap or putting hood up when out \*not towel drying my hair Everything is going well in terms of progression etc, but would it be safe to resume the above at this point? I was told by my transplant company that it's fine at this point but still just doubting it!
