TRT. Add extra T for 4or 6 weeks once in a while. Lil VAF

I'm currently taking 2 X 100mg T per week. I'm thinking bout blasting a bit more for maybe a moth or so to make some quick gains. Adding an extra 100 or 200 mgs/week and maybe 20mg of VAR daily for 4 - 6 weeks a couple times a year will be fairly safe?"
