routine advice needed (recent diagnosis)

Post Content

Pics 1 (night/now) + 2 (morning) from today, pic 3 from the time of my diagnosis. Got diagnosed in December. Been using metrogel 1.5 months, AA 0.5 months, ivermectin this week. Metrogel has helped mostly maintain. Improvement has plateaued so I asked to try ivermectin. Ivermectin is making me feel really itchy and making my skin worse with more pustules. Do I go back to just metrogel and AA and wait it out longer? Stick it out with this? I’ve kept an eye on my triggers: high sugar, high stress, no sleep. Food triggers I need to commit to figuring out more. Heat as well but I’m not sure how I’m going to avoid the sun forever. Any input is super appreciated on my routine. I’m feeling defeated as this condition is incredibly difficult to figure out. Makeup doesn’t really cover this right now. I don’t feel like myself anymore 😞 I struggle with OCD-tendencies so I spend much time obsessing over my skin and possible triggers. Routine! Morning \- Vanicream cleanser \- LRP thermal spray \- Vanicream cream \- AA the ordinary 10% \- Black girls kids sunscreen Night! \- Vanicream cleanser \- LRP thermal spray \- Vanicream cream \- metrogel 0.75% \-ivermectin 1%
