Normal FBS, HBA1C, OGTT Results

hi, just checked my labs recently. for years i have normal fbs, hba1c and ogtt results however I tried to go to and endocrinologist and have high insulin and anti tpo. Thyroid functions is also in normal range. Does anyone have a similar case from mine? for years I have pcos, and didnt detect any wrong with my labs cause my OB doesnt check the insulin level and anti tpo stuff. just wondering what has worked with you guys. 🥹
