Is it normal to not be hungry AT ALL when in deficit?
Post Content
A couple of days I've started my calories deficit again. I decided to make changes to my diet and to prioritise actual healthy meals way more — like for example to eat 500 cals of protein-rich food instead on 300 cal meal and 200 something sweet. It did increase the volume of my meals quite a bit — my stomach even felt heavy as if I significantly overate but it's just because the meals that feel 'a lot ' are extremely protein reach. I've been keeping a 500 cal deficit (eating 1500) but I'm not hungry for a bit. When I dieted previously, I did feel the hungry. Is it okay?
