What 'coupons' should an ADHDer give to a partner?

Okay for context, I'm scared I'm gonna start neglecting my boyfriend in some ways, after months and months into relationship, due to my ADHD urge to forget people who aren't in my sight and my urge to switch hyperfocus. rn I'm making him 'Open when' letters and I was thinking of adding 'coupons' in one of the letters he'll read in months. Like \_- a coupon for watching a new series of your choice\_ \_- a coupon for going on a date in nature\_ \_- a coupon for taking you on a dinner\_ Directly, a coupon for doing literally anything that will show him he matters to me, so the idea is that he can use the coupons anytime, and these would quite literally remind me that he exists and that I want to spend time with him. Any ideas for other coupons?
