[Routine Help] please suggest me need help

I used accutane long back from then i can see and others too that visible skin discolouration no hate to any skin tone but my skin natural shade has decreased so much and now its just looking dull n lifeless.. can any one help me what shud i do .. atp im losing my self confidence and i dont feel like stepping out.. shud i use tret or get peels or use hq im losing my mind day by day …im attaching my before n after… can anyone suggest me and help me out
