Has anyone seen improvement going from 100mg to 150mg Spiro?

this is all I want to know. I'm on 2.5mg Minox a year and was on 100mg Spiro. last appointment increased my Spiro to 150mg. that was the 18th of NOV. nearly 3 months ago. worse than ever. hope gone or have others done this and actually reaped benefits. that's it. thanks.
