Morning : Panoxyl 4% Azelaic acid 20% (skin Oren cream) Skin aqua moisture uv gel Night: Arena rice mochi cleanser Adapalene (adapt gel) What to change? Adapalene I have been using for 2 months Azelaic acid just incorporated 2 days ago I feel no irritation or dryness from any of the products Main issue is with skin picking All red spots are mainly from skin picking How to over come that?
