am i going to get necrotizing fasciitis ?

24 year old female , 115 ponds , only medication im taking is for strep but basically i got strep on saturday and started taking medication on tuesday and i was reading about people who got necrotizing fasciitis because they had strep on their skin and today i was tweezing my eyebrows and i should’ve been more smart and washed my hands but i punctured the skin a bit above my brow and there was tiny blood and i washed off the blood and now when i looks there’s no scar but im scared that when i touched it i somehow got bacteria from me having strep throat on it and i know this is a rlly stupid question but i have severe anxiety and i cant stop thinking that im going to die after this :((
