Successfully lowering my AC1 blood work

Post Content

As a woman with PCOS I was marked as pre-diabetic. What sucked is that I didn't have a family doctor and was struggling to find one. (Canada medical issues) So I started looking into vitamins and things that help lower your sugars and benefits PCOS. I found Myo-inositol and D-chiro-inositol being one of those vitamins that really help. With that I have also started taking daily Lemon, Ginger Tumeric with black pepper shots. (I make them at home fresh because it's cheaper and you know what is in it.) Well about a month ago I got a family doctor and I was a little worried about my sugars. I was worried it would be high. Because I just started to take these vitamins and minerals a few months back. But to my surprise and excitement. My AC1 was normal and my sugars were great! Obviously with PCOS there was a concern that we are working on (has nothing to do with sugars) but I am so happy at how well I am doing. My goal this year is to eat better so that I can have a baby naturally. Wish me luck! Here's to a great year ahead!!
