tirzepatide dosing schedule

Hi, I’ve been suffering from CFS, autonomic dysfunction, and MCAS for decades. I have appts with a couple of my specialists coming up and want to discuss trying a GLP-1 like tirzepatide to see if it will decrease inflammation and help with the MCAS (and CFS). I was wondering if those of u with MCAS specialists using this medication, would you be able to share the dosing schedule ur doctors r doing with u? I would like to go in prepared for my doctor appts with this information because they will probably ask me to look into it. Thanks!
