Questions for top surgery

Thinking ahead, after I get started and develop on HRT, I wanna get top surgery. Here are some questions I have. How does it work? How does choosing sizes work? What effects does the HRT have on the breast? Do they have to bandage or stitch you up for a several days or weeks after the surgery is done like with most surgeries?
