Thyroid results - could do with some input here please.

Hi everyone. I posted recently about balance issues for 30 years, possible Lyme and thoughts that I might have Hashimoto's. I got my full thyroid panel from Thriva and just wanted some feedback. I've included previous results to show an increase in TSH (especially recently) and slight decreased in Free T3/T4 (though in the "optimal" range). 10 years ago: TSH 1.49 Free T4 14.6 Free T3 untested June 2024: TSH 1.45 Free T4 16.6 Free T3 4.7 Nov 2025: TSH 1.6 Free T4 15.7 Free T3 untested Feb 2026: TSH 2.64 Free T4 13.5 Free T3 4.1 Thyroid peroxidase antibodies 13.5 kiU/L Thyroixine (T4) 109 mol/L Thyroglobulin antibodies 22.1 kU/L Kicking myself for not having tested antibodies a few years ago to compare. I should add that I'm deficient in ferritin and vitamin d (something I've struggled with on and off for years). Plus things have been stupidly stressful for the past year too. Also worth adding that I had a CT and an MRI between Nov 25 and Feb 26, one of which used gadolinium, the other iodine. Wondered if anyone else saw a similar pattern in TSH, Free T4 and Free T3 over a similar period of time. Appreciate your thoughts x
