First Thryoid Results - welcome to the club?

Am very new to this, would be very thankful for any kind of feedback. TSH between 4.3 - 5.78 and very high TPO but my t3 and t4 seem pretty normal. Should I try get medicin for this or do I need to wait till TSH is higher? Symptoms: bad fatigue even thou i checked 50 vitals and very healthy overall. diffuse hairloss for years. cold feets and hands. depressed and high anxiety (for no clear reason).
